Available in 1m, 2m and 3m lengths as standard, with rollers in plastic or stainless steel depending on application, the range suits packaging, beverage, food and logistics conveyors.

Movex side guide solutions keep conveyor builds moving with UK-stocked guides, clamps and mounting hardware. The range covers fixed and adjustable guides in stainless steel, polyamide and UHMW-PE, suited to bottling, packaging, food processing and logistics applications.
Quick-release clamps allow guides to be repositioned for product changeovers without taking the line out of service. Where a standard guide does not fit a specific installation, SL Plastics can machine bespoke side guides in-house to your exact specification, typically in days rather than weeks.
Movex roller transfer modules move products smoothly between conveyor sections, available in configurations of 2 to 5 rollers depending on the product size and required transfer distance. Their range of conveyor chains includes straight-running and side-flexing types, with steel or thermoplastic flights, covering every application (tab, magnetic, bevel, gripper, vacuum, neck steriliser, rubber top, roller and crate chains).
Constantly improving their tried and tested designs, most thermoplastic chains are now also available in premium-grade PFX material, which has a much reduced coefficient of friction. This ensures longer belt life whilst requiring less driving power, creating less wear and producing less dust. A strong chain that is resistant to most cleaning processes, can be run dry without any lubricants and has a high PV strength, allowing faster running lines with heavier loads than standard acetal variants.

Movex base supports and index levelers stabilise conveyor and packaging machinery on uneven floors, with adjustable feet that compensate for variations in floor level without requiring shimming.
