2. What the website does
The website is an informational and product-catalogue site. As a visitor you can:
- Browse the website and view information about our products and services; and
- Submit an enquiry using a contact/enquiry form.
The website does not offer online account registration and does not process online purchases or payments. Although the catalogue is built using WooCommerce, it is used to display products only — visitors do not create accounts or buy through the site.

We only collect the personal data we need:
a) Information you give us (enquiry forms) When you complete and submit a form on the website (powered by Gravity Forms) we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, telephone number, company name (if given) and the content of your message.
b) Information collected automatically (analytics) If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect limited, mostly anonymised information about how you use the website, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website and time spent on pages. c) Technical/server data Our hosting infrastructure may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type and access times for security, troubleshooting and maintaining the website.
We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health, ethnicity or religious data), and we ask that you do not include such information in enquiry forms.
