Movex curves and tracks reduce friction and wear on side-flexing conveyor lines, with low-friction polymer materials engineered for long service life. Suited to bevel, tab and magnetic chain applications, the range covers fixed-radius curves, adjustable tracks and complete wear-bend assemblies.

The lower coefficient of friction reduces driving power requirements and extends chain life, particularly on high-speed bottling and packaging lines where the cumulative effect of friction over long running hours significantly impacts both energy costs and maintenance schedules. The materials are also resistant to most cleaning processes used in food and beverage environments, and can run dry without the need for line lubrication.
